Doulas provide expert guidance and nurturing support through life’s transitions.

As Doulas, We Do!!!!

IVF/Fertility Antenatal  Doula Support

IVF and fertility treatment can be challenging both physically and emotionally. As your doula, we will support you through every step.   We understand the challenges of trying to conceive, the feelings of uncertainty, and the physical impacts on the body. We also understand that each couple's journey is uniquely their own. We will be there to nurture and support you through every step.

A birth doula is a trained, professional, non-medical childbirth assistant. Doulas provide nurturing support to growing families, in the form of emotional and physical support, as well as evidence-based information. Doulas also help parents advocate for themselves in the birth setting and facilitate communication and support between the birthing person, partner(s), and care team.

Birth Doula

A postpartum doula helps families adjust to life with a newborn. The first three months after birth are often called the “fourth trimester”. It’s a period of major transition – the baby is getting used to life outside the womb, while the parents and other family members are figuring out how to integrate and care for this new person in their lives.  A postpartum doula helps ease this transition by providing emotional support, evidence-based information, and an extra set of helping hands.

As postpartum doulas, we work with families to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our goal is to nurture, support, and educate families so that they can feel confident and self-sufficient in their parenting abilities.

The needs of every family are different and can shift from day to day. We can help with emotional support, physical recovery, lactation, infant care, and general household help. Having experienced, caring help during this time can make all the difference in getting the best start to life with a baby.
